Documents Needed For BBMP Cremation

When going to a BBMP electric crematorium, be sure to carry the below documents:

Form 2: You can get this document either from the hospital or the BBMP cremation center
Form 4 A: It is also called medical certificate of cause of death. You can collect the document from your consulting doctor/hospital/ or from a doctor practcing at a government hospital.
Aadhar Card: 2 Aadhar card copies of the diseased and of the person who will be signing the documents at the BBMP electric crematorium.

Here is a step-by-step guide to BBMP cremation slot booking:

Step 1: Visit the official Bangalore cremation booking site-apps.bbmpgov.in/crematorium/

Step 2: Select zone, cremation date and place and then click on the Book Time Slot button

Step 3: Fill in the details and click the Next button

Step 4: Confirm the details and fill details and click on Send OTP

Step 5: Enter the OTP and click confirm. That’s it, your booking is done, and you will also get an acknowledgement.
