The exam, which is conducted for awarding JRF/Assistant Professor eligibility, will be held in May 2021 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

UGC NET exam 2021 will be held in May 2021. It is the December 2020 cycle examination, which was postponed because of the pandemic. The UGC NET exam dates for 2021 are as follows:

UGC NET exam 2021 will be held in two shifts, each with a duration of 3 hours. Given below are the details of UGC NET exam timings:

The examination fees for UGC NET exam 2021 are as follows:

UGC NET Exam Pattern

Irrespective of the subject, the UGC NET exam has two papers. Both the papers have multiple choice, objective type questions. Please note that all the questions in Paper I and Paper II are compulsory.
