HSVP Water Bill Payment/ HUDA Water Bill Payment Online

Here’s how to make HUDA water bill online payment through the customer portal:
Step 1: Go to the HSVP water bill pay portal.
Step 2: Choose your Site Code from the dropdown list > Enter your HSVP Consumer Number > Submit. For instance, if you want to pay your HUDA water bill Karnal, choose the site code Karnal 151939 from the list.

Step 3: The page will show your latest HSVP water bill details > To pay the bill, click the Make Payment button.

 Step 4: You can now see the payment page with bill details > Make sure that your phone number and email address are correct and up-to-date > Choose a payment method > Make Payment.

Step 5: You can now make your HUDA water bill payment by credit card, debit card or net banking.
Step 6: Once you have successfully paid the bill, you will get the HUDA water bill receipt for the payment. You can download and save it.

Step 3: Once logged in, you can see the forms for HSVP water and sewerage application on the left menu bar > Click on Apply Water Connection.
Step 4: The application form will appear > Details available on the HSVP database will automatically appear in the fields > Enter other details.
Step 5: The following documents are required while submitting the HSVP water and sewerage application form. Keep scanned copies of these documents ready:

1.  Allotment Letter from HSVP or Proof of Ownership
2.  Building Plan Approval Letter
3.  Possession Certificate
4.  Receipt of Paying Road Cut Fees
5.  Invoice for Your Purchased Water Meter
6.  Registered Plumber Certificate

Step 6: After filling in the details and uploading the required documents, click the Terms and Conditions checkbox > Click on the Apply button > You will get a message saying that the application has been submitted and awaiting approval at JE. You will also receive an SMS on your registered mobile number.
Step 7: When the connection is approved, you will get an SMS. It typically takes about 5 working days.
Step 8: Log in to your account > You will see an option to pay the HUDA water connection charges online.
Step 9: Click on the Payment button and pay the HUDA water connection charges > Download the receipt.

You can download your HSVP water bill payment receipt in the following way:
Step 1: Visit the HSVP water portal >Enter your Consumer Number and choose the Site Code > Click on the Submit button.
Step 2: You can see a dashboard displaying your latest water bill details and past payment details.
Step 3: To download the HUDA water bill receipt for previous payments, check the Payment Details section > All your past payment details are displayed as a list > Click on the Download Receipt button.
