Step 6: Enter the OTP that you will receive on your registered mobile number. You can choose to make your payment online or at the bus pass counter during your appointment. Your application number will be sent to your mobile number.

Step 7: Your application will be verified after which you can book an appointment using your application number. Bring a valid photo ID and a printout of your appointment slip to the bus counter to complete the process. Your photograph will be taken at the counter and an official will check your details after which you will receive your bus pass.

Since colleges and universities in Bengaluru are opened around the 4th of October, new passes will be granted until 31st March, 2022, and those passes which were supposed to expire on 31st March, 2022, will be extended until 31st December.
