  1. My mother is married in Bihar ( in 1994 ), before that she was from Gujarat. I have applied for her caste certificate in Bihar but the application was rejected ( with remark – Apply from father’s address with current address ).So from which state should I apply, Bihar or Gujarat ?. please reply to solve my problem
